Leica M2 Body EXCELLENT

We love the Leica M2 cameras! They are truly a timeless classic with smooth controls, super accurate rangefinder focus, and they accept some of the finest optics ever produced.

If you like shooting with a 35mm lens this is the Leica for you. The M3 (produced in conjunction with the M2) starts at 50mm and does not show the 35mm frame lines. This requires you to use an external finder.

The M2 shows frame lines for 35mm, 50mm and 90mm lenses. These are set automatically when the lens is attached.

You can also preview what lens to use by twisting the lever on the front from left to right to see all the frame lines.

The M2 was available with or without a self timer. Shutter speeds are 1/sec. to 1/1000th and B.

This Leica M2 is in beautiful condition. The rangefinder is bright and in proper alignment. Speeds are accurate.
