The FE is a great first camera for a budding photographer. Small and light-weight, yet capable of shooting in aperture-priority or full manual exposure modes.
The included 55mm Micro Nikkor is a great "normal" lens that doubles as a great macro lens for extreme closeups. It is arguably one of the sharpest lenses Nikon ever produced.
Meter and speeds are accurate. A new finder eyepiece was just installed.
Camera shows some external wear, but is a great user at a great price!
