General terms & conditions

All used items include a 30-day repair warranty.  This warranty covers initial defects.  Accidental damage such as impact damage and water damage are not covered.  If an item is deemed unrepairable by our repair technician, we will provide a full refund.

We do not offer refunds unless an item is defective and unrepairable.  We do offer exchanges for store credit.
