Linhof Super Technika V 4x5 Outfit w/4 Lenses, Case, Grip and More EXCELLENT

This is the most complete and awesome Technika outfit we've ever seen! It was just serviced and in perfect working order.

The work was done by LAFLEX in Southern Ca. They are the premier repair shop for Linhof and used only Linhof brand parts, including a new original factory bellows (not one of the cheap Chinese copies available online). Body was overhauled, worn bits replaced, all shutters were timed and adjusted, cams were tested for accuracy. We spent over $1200. to make this the best useable system.

All lenses are Schneider Linhof-Select with logo in original Linhof crested lens boards. Linhof would go to the lens manufacturers and cherry-pick only the best optics to earn their logo, so you knew you were getting the best. All were just serviced/timed.

All of the lenses come with their original serial numbers matching cams. It's difficult to find one like this, let alone four!

All items are in very nice condition showing minimal wear from use. Focus and movements are very smooth.

The Linhof Super Technika V is a compact folding 4x5 "Technical Field Camera". It is unusual because it offers many options not often found on large format cameras.

It has a metal outer clam shell that protects the bellows, lens and gearing. The front opens up to reveal the lens and focusing tracks.

The back can be rotated for landscape or portrait formats. A flip-up hood allows access to the ground glass. It can also be swung out of the way for direct access to the glass.

It has a triple extension bed that allows you to use long lenses or do extreme close-ups.

The front standard features rise, swing and shifts. The bed can be dropped for front tilt.

Unlike most field cameras it has ample rear movements. The rear of the camera extends on four flexible extendable posts allowing for rear swings and tilts.

The camera also functions as a press camera as it has a coupled rangefinder allowing for hand held photography. A small metal plate called a cam is inserted in a receptacle on the bed.

The cam is cut to apply to specific focal length lenses. The lenses' serial number is often engraved on the cam. A matched set means the camera cam was factory ground and adjusted for perfect focus.

Accessories available include a left-handed anatomical grip, a "winkelspeigel" reflex viewing hood that rights the image on the ground glass and negates the need for a dark cloth, 6x9 120 roll film backs, and more.
