The Nikon FE2 is a light weight and fairly compact camera. It features Aperture Priority and Full Manual exposure modes, interchangeable focus screens and will accept a motor winder. It same style and size as the Nikon FM.
Shutter speeds have been upgraded from the original FE. Top speed is 1/4000 second, and flash synch is 1/25th. a M/250th is a shutter speed that will still operate the shutter with a dead battery.
The FE2 also features TTL flash metering and a depth of field preview lever.
It uses F-mount AI, AIS and AF Nikkor mount lenses.
