Very nice example with a very bright and easy to use focus patch. Speeds sound accurate, shutter curtain looks great.
Vulcanite covering has no cracks or chipping.

The lens is a 50mm f/2 collapsible Summicron. The front element has some cleaning marks.

When you think of a classic Leica rangefinder the M3 is the first to come to mind.

It is well-built, compact, quiet and very reliable.

The M3 shows frame lines for 50mm,90mm and 135mm lenses. These are set automatically when the lens is attached.

You can also preview what lens to use by twisting the lever on the front from left to right to see all the frame lines.

Focus is very accurate via a coupled rangefinder.

The M3 features a self timer. Shutter speeds are 1/sec. to 1/1000th and B.
