Most significantly, it has a fair amount of small cleaning marks on the rear element
Front element is pretty clean with just a few light cleaning marks
There is a slight haze on the outside edge of the rear group
Lens focus is loose and dry of grease
Aperture blades show some wear and a slight bit of oil but move well
