A ballhead with separate friction control, exquisitely exact finish and great weight support for its size, the 1378M is both practical and superior. It has an independent pan bed, broad circular camera platform and reversible mounting screw to accommodate both 1/4"-20 & 3/8"-16 cameras. All controls are coated in rubber, giving a sure, soft touch. It also features a built-in Quick Release mechanism.
Magnesium Body
The Magnesium cast construction, which is 20% lighter, means the same stability with less weight.
Teflon Coated
An innovative teflon coating applied to the ball itself lets you make camera positioning adjustments more smoothly.
