About Rolleinars:
The Rolleiflex Rolleinars are essential for close-up photography with your TLR.
It consists of a close-up lens that bayonets on to the taking lens, and a corrective lens that bayonets on to the viewing lens.
The cool thing is that the viewing lens actually corrects for parallax error by tilting the image you see.
There are three different magnifications available labelled 1,2 and 3. Minimum focus on most Rolleiflex cameras is about 3 feet. The Rolleinar close-up filter #1 reduce this distance, to about 1.5 feet, the #2 to about 9.5 inches, and the #3 to roughly 6 inches.
The #1 is great for close portraits! The 2 is general close-ups, and the 3 for extreme macro.
