This rare item is a selenium-cell light meter that offers both incident and reflective light reading via a built-in diffusion panel that flips open or closed.
The meter has been tested and is working. It is accurate at the higher EV's but is underexposing about a stop at speeds below 1/30th; close enough for negative film.
The meter is mounted into a very handsome BAY-I metal lens shade.
Condition is excellent. It comes in a hard leather case.
