Included are two Letus 35 Extreme adapters. We don't know much about these things but feel free to ask questions.
We installed batteries and both units light up. One makes a quiet vibrating noise, the other one is silent and perhaps not working.
Condition appears to be good; there is some paint wear and could probably use a cleaning.
Both are Nikon F mount and come with HVX200 mounts on the other end.
Please note we are selling these as-is with no returns so buy accordingly.
