The finder was stored in a case with foam rubber padding. The padding deteriorated and essentially turned into glue, covering the finder in sticky residue.
I used Goof Off and got rid of most of it. If I had more time I think it would clean up pretty well, useable at the very least. I figured I'll leave the rest of the work for the buyer, hence the low price.
