The Rolleicord is basically the same camera as a Rolleiflex. Both are medium-format Twin Lens Reflex with fine German lenses. The main difference is the Rolleiflex automatically cocks the shutter when the film is advanced. The Rolleicord requires a seperate lever to cock the shutter after winding, adding one step.
In use it is a negligible difference, yet the Rolleicord is a smaller and lighter camera at about half the price!
