The Leica M10 and M10-R look almost identical. Same M-body build, same manual-focus rangefinder experience, and the same Leica M lens mount. The primary difference is in the sensor. The original M10 uses a 24-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, while the M10-R increases resolution with a 40-megapixel full-frame CMOS sensor, but there’s more to consider than just 24 vs. 40 megapixels.
